Laya

Two familiar faces in one day! It’s long-time Shop Dutty model Laya (or Liv from Skins, however you know her) who came in to pick up her Dutty jumper Louisa had just finished making, nothing fresher.

Flatspot Aztec Picks

Obey Ancient Ways Cap
We’re big fans of the Native American pattern trend – We’ve seen some 100% authentic ’90s Navajo styling from Kasha over at Trap in their last issue, but we’re always keen to see how brands are making new products under the vintage influence, and Flatspot have been showcasing some gems from great streetwear brands lately.

First up is OBEY’s Ancient Ways snapback – It checks all the boxes for a summer headwear must-have; It’s in black, which isn’t exactly an essential summer colour but it’s guaranteed to fit right in with your summer wardrobe old and new. The styling and accents are all on point, and it’s got vented mesh sides so you keep your head top cool without the bulky urban top-hat vibes of a stacked too-tall trucker cap.

Only NY Aztec Sweatshirt
When Only NY do something, they make sure they do it right. We loved the styling and ridiculous fabric selection on their vintage deadstock snapbacks just as much as we love the ‘Aztek Blocks’ print on this sweatshirt. Grey sweats are a wardrobe staple for the guys,—teamed with the right cap it’s an unstoppable combo— and for the girls we’re thinking oversized with a brash graphic, Kelly Kapowski style – Either way it’s faultless. If you’re looking to add to your collection, then this is definitely the one.
