Pretty Polka

1980's Polka Dot Dress in black and white with batwing sleeves and cute front panel stripes. Pleated 3/4 sleeves, boat neck with fastening middle back, a shiny black button either side of décolletage and matching polka dotted belt. Fabric slightly transparent, but main body and skirt has been lined!
