'Shop Dutty' (located in Stokes Croft) is a new style of men's & women's clothing boutique that fuses art, music and fashion, with ranges of exclusive hand-made garments, hand-printed T-shirts and hoodies, as well as current collections from the two owners of the shop.
It works as a platform for up and coming local designers, who all support the Shop Dutty vision; to establish a new way of thinking towards recycling within the urban fashion market. Most designers in store use pre-loved fabrics and rare vintage finds to then magically transform them into up-to-the minute, one-off fashion forward items.
The current list of over 25 designers includes: Dutty Girl, Butchi & Gosmos, GoodOne, ZedHead, Electric Shock, Viv La Hen, Lemonade Clothing, Grizzly Nights, Jessy Lou and many more. Also in-store is a large selection of top quality vintage clothing and accessories - stamped with the all-exclusive 'Shop Dutty Vintage Seal of Approval', as well as cd's by local dj's, bands and mc's and graffiti arts supplies.
Shop Dutty has recently celebrated it's first birthday, and the opening hours are: Mon - Sat, 11am -7 pm.
